Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to capture cross-sectional images of anatomy.
- Prepare and explain procedures to patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Adjust technical parameters for optimal imaging.
- Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document procedures accurately.
- Follow radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
- Work closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals for timely diagnostics.
- Adapt to different equipment and protocols as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year recent experience as a CT Technologist.
- Valid radiology license per state regulations.
- Current BLS certification; ARRT certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability for equipment handling and patient positioning.
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail.
