Part-Time Travel CT Technologist

About the role

Travel CT Tech responsible for operating CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, preparing and positioning patients, and ensuring safety and image quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and follow imaging protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists
• Maintain equipment and document procedures
• Adhere to safety standards
• Provide compassionate patient care and adapt to various protocols and equipment
• Prepare patients and set technical parameters
• Produce high-quality images
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience
• Valid Radiology license and current BLS certification
• Preferred ARRT Certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
• Effective visual and communication skills
