About the role
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment responsible for operating CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, preparing and positioning patients, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
- Perform image acquisition using CT scanners
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment
- Prepare and position patients for procedures
- Document imaging procedures and patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality diagnostic services
- Adhere to safety protocols and adapt to various imaging protocols
Requirements
- At least one year of recent CT experience
- Valid radiology license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ARRT certification preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical stamina to handle equipment and stand for extended periods
- Technical proficiency in operating CT scanners
