About the role

Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, prepare and position patients, and ensure safety protocols. Collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality images, maintain equipment, and document procedures accurately. Adapt to different CT protocols and perform routine troubleshooting. Provide compassionate patient care and follow safety standards to minimize radiation exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CT equipment for imaging bones, organs, and tissues
  • Prepare and explain procedures to patients, ensuring proper positioning
  • Set technical parameters for accurate imaging
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for diagnostics
  • Maintain equipment and record patient information
  • Follow safety procedures and perform routine equipment maintenance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum one year recent experience as a CT Technologist
  • Valid Radiology license and current BLS certification
  • Critical thinking, good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
  • Proficiency in reading instructions, PC skills, and adaptability to different protocols
