Part-Time Trash Valet Porter – Evenings Only – St. George

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Walk your assigned apartment community and collect bagged trash, recycling, and cardboard from residents' doors.
• Transport everything to the onsite dumpster, chute, or compactor.
• Separate recycling, check for contamination, and clean up any loose trash around common areas.
• Check-in and check-out happens through a mobile app - document your route, upload photos, and leave courtesy notices when needed.
• On occasion, assist with pet waste station servicing.

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday evenings only.
• Typical start time is 6:30 or 7:00 PM with shifts lasting 1–2 hours.
• Shift length may vary slightly based on resident participation, property size, or seasonal factors.
• No weekends required.

PAY

• $20/hour at standard sites.
• $25/hour at sites that require use of a personal open-bed pickup truck.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This role involves extensive walking throughout apartment communities.
• Absent from stairs at some properties.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

WHAT YOU NEED

• You must be 18 or older with a valid Utah driver's license and auto insurance.
• A smartphone with an active data plan and location services is required, as is the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• You should be reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
• A personal open-bed pickup truck is required at select sites - pay increases to $25/hr at those locations.
