Part Time Transportation Warehouse Loaders

The Warehouse Associate - trans is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities within an assigned area(s) of a distribution facility, demonstrating safety and operational expertise in a quality and productivity-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform one or more distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading (as applicable to operation). Assignment to other tasks may occur daily or less frequently.
• Operate a pallet jack occasionally to move product.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.
• Demonstrate commitment to the company’s core values.
• Interact with supervisors, leads, and work groups regarding immediate tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the distribution process.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (navigating the internet, keyboard use, opening/saving documents).
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and perform fine manipulation of equipment throughout the workday.
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces occasionally.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed (e.g., starting early or staying late).
• Demonstrated good job performance in teamwork, attendance, quality, and productivity.
• One year of previous related experience preferred.

Pay

$19.00/hour, with adjustments to comply with all state and local minimum wage laws.
