Part Time Transportation Warehouse Loaders
About the role
The Warehouse Associate - trans is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities within an assigned area(s) of a distribution facility. This position demonstrates safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity-driven environment and performs one or more distribution-related activities on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform one or more distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading (as applicable to the operation). Assignment to other tasks may occur daily or less frequently.
- Operate a pallet jack occasionally to move product.
- Contribute to a safe work environment through continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.
- Demonstrate commitment to the company’s core values.
- Interact with supervisors, leads, and work groups to exchange information related to immediate tasks.
- Participate in group settings to implement and suggest improvements to the distribution process.
- Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Basic ability to communicate verbally and in writing using the English language.
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
- Basic computer skills (navigating the internet, using a keyboard, opening/closing/saving documents).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, and perform fine manipulation of equipment throughout the workday.
- Capability to walk on uneven surfaces occasionally.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule is a plus (e.g., starting early or staying until work is complete).
- Demonstrated good job performance and behavior (e.g., teamwork, attendance, quality, and productivity).
- One year of previous related experience preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $19.00/hour, with adjustments made to comply with all state and local minimum wage laws.
