Part Time Teller Position at Home Federal Bank

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and savings bonds.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering customer questions and sharing account information when appropriate.
• Connect customers with the right team members for additional assistance, products, or services.
• Verify and post night deposits, daily business deposits, and mail deposits in a timely manner.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support onsite ATM maintenance and daily branch operations.
• Work toward Corporate, department, and personal Home Stars goals.
• Follow BSA/AML responsibilities, including accurate CTR and SAR awareness and reporting.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support the branch and customer experience.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions and cash.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning banking systems.
• Dependability, integrity, and the ability to follow policies and procedures.
• An understanding of Home Federal’s products and services, or a willingness to learn them quickly.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location

Holdrege, Nebraska (in person). Ability to relocate to Holdrege, NE 68949 before starting work is preferred.
