Part-Time Teller

Role Summary This position involves providing high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service in a retail banking environment. As the first point of contact, you will assist clients with financial transactions, recommend banking products, and refer clients to other departments to foster long-term, profitable relationships. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions, while maintaining cash control and compliance with security policies. Deliver excellent client experiences by resolving issues promptly and assisting with service needs. You will identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and risk management standards. There are no supervisory duties for this role. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in cash handling or as a teller.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment; familiarity with 10-key calculators and coin counters.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily; ongoing compliance with background checks and licensing regulations is required. This role emphasizes operational efficiency, client service, sales, compliance, and risk management, with a focus on maintaining high standards and fostering client relationships.
