About the role

GCEFCU is seeking an extroverted and hard working individual to join our teller team! Our Tellers are the face of the credit union and are responsible for handling member requests including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

Schedule

• Part-time position available in Pasadena: Monday–Friday 8:00pm–1:00pm and Saturday

Responsibilities

• Handle member requests including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Educate the Credit Union's membership about products and services
• Perform in a service-centric environment that promotes teamwork and member engagement
• Deliver exceptional service to members

Requirements

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional service to members
• Cash handling experience is a plus but not required
