Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service when processing customer transactions at branch locations.
• Work with FNBO customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Offer consistent, efficient, and accurate service when processing customer transactions.
• Exceed customer expectations and make empowered decisions for our customers.
• Develop skills by participating in training activities and collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds (desired)
• Previous cash handling experience (desired)
• Previous Teller experience (desired)
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish (desired)

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Pay

Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation offer may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.
