Part-Time Teller

This part-time (28 hours) Teller role is based at PNC’s Altamonte Springs Business Center, 900 West State Road 436, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714-2902. About the role

Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on financial alternatives, and identifies banking opportunities during interactions to make appropriate referrals. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and procedures. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to identify needs and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. While a university or college degree is not required, a high school diploma, GED, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
