Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader and be a role model as you provide a brand experience for our customers. This role focuses on training the team to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed customer service, product knowledge, and sales standards
- Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information
- Assist in ensuring effective space management techniques are utilized
- Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
- Ensure all fixtures are always replenished
- Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques to identify business development opportunities
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines
- Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values
- Assist the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
- Effectively supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing potential issues in line with LEGO policies and procedures
- Complete orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and operating budgets
- Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure all available products are merchandised on the shop floor while achieving loss prevention targets
- Assist the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines
Requirements
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
- Experience in delivering employee training
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience
- Proficiency with point of sale automated systems
- Experience in merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
- Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days

Pay
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.10 to $23.50, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
Schedule
This is a part-time role requiring availability to work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days.
