About the Role

The Part Time Team Lead at Sky Zone in Dayton, OH is an on-site role responsible for coordinating daily park operations and supporting front-line team members. This position oversees shift activities, helps ensure safety standards are consistently followed, and ensures guests receive friendly, efficient service throughout their visit. This role is part-time and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak park hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily park operations and support front-line team members.
• Oversee shift activities, including staff assignments, guest check-in, attraction monitoring, and facility cleanliness.
• Coach team members and assist with training.
• Handle escalated guest concerns.
• Communicate with management about operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and guest-facing roles, with strong skills in communication and conflict resolution.
• Leadership abilities including team coordination, coaching, and providing clear direction during busy shifts.
• Basic operational skills such as cash handling, point-of-sale system use, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a highly active environment, stand for extended periods, and respond quickly to operational and safety needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in recreation, hospitality, retail, or entertainment environments is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some supervisory experience is a plus.
