Part Time Team Lead

About the role

To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store
• Daily bank deposits
• Keeping register stocked with adequate change
• Addressing customer and donor needs and complaints

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience

• Experience working in the Customer Service Industry
• One year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee

Clearances

Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints.

Supervision

• The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager
• The Team Lead Supervisor will supervise store employees
