Part Time System Operator I - Traffic Operations

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the job description. First line: "Job Description WSP is currently initiating a search for a Part Time System Operator I for our Hawthorne, NY office." This is job title and location; we should not repeat job title as heading. Could include location in a short

maybe. Then "This Opportunity Be involved in projects with our Mobility Operations Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges." That's about the role. Then "Your Impact" then a list of duties: Provide human monitoring and operation of ITS devices... etc. That's responsibilities. Then "Who You Are Required Qualifications" then list: High School diploma, 0-2 years experience, oral/written communication, computer/software, public/internal/external relations, analytical/organizational skills, oral/written communication skills (duplicate), software including MS Office, capable of working well with co-workers and NYSDOT staff, ability to use digital roadway maps and working knowledge of roadway elements, able to maintain significant schedule flexibility, must pass NYSP Criminal History Background Check. Then "WSP Benefits" paragraph describing benefits. Then "Expected Salary: $24/hr" plus some text about compensation range etc. That's pay. Then "About WSP" with description of company. Then "WSP provides a flexible and agile workplace model..." duplicate benefits. Then "Are you ready to get started?" maybe not needed. Then EEO statement etc - remove. Then "Notice To Third Party Agencies" - remove. We need to include sections only if real specific content. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe combine "This Opportunity" and "Your Impact"? Actually "Your Impact" is responsibilities. Could have sections: About the role (short description), Responsibilities (list), Requirements/Qualifications (list), Skills (maybe separate), Benefits, Pay. But we must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We need to decide which headings to use. Given content: - About the role: we have "This Opportunity Be involved in projects..." maybe also "Your Impact" is responsibilities. Could treat "About the role" as short paragraph about opportunity. - Responsibilities: the list under "Your Impact". That's substantive. - Requirements/Qualifications: the list under "Who You Are Required Qualifications". That's substantive. - Skills: maybe separate from qualifications? The qualifications list includes many skills; we could combine into Requirements. But we could also have Skills section for things like oral/written communication, computer/software, analytical/organizational, ability to use digital roadway maps, etc. However to avoid thin sections, maybe combine into Requirements. - Benefits: we have description under "WSP Benefits". That's substantive. - Pay: we have "Expected Salary: $24/hr" plus explanation about compensation range. That's substantive. - Schedule: we have mention "Able to maintain significant schedule flexibility to ensure consistency of HVTMC operations." That's schedule info. Could be a Schedule section. But we need to avoid filler like "not specified". The schedule flexibility is specific enough. Thus we can include Schedule section with that sentence. Now we need to remove duplicated lines: e.g., oral/written communication appears twice; we should keep only once. Also "Computer/Software – including MS Office applications, spreadsheets and databases" and later "Software including: MS Office applications and spreadsheets" duplicate; keep one. Also "Public, internal and external relations (works well with internal, external and partner groups and individuals)" maybe keep. Also "Analytical and organizational skills" and later "Oral and written communication skills" duplicate. We'll deduplicate. Now produce HTML. Structure:

Job location: Hawthorne, NY. Part Time System Operator I.

maybe. But we should not repeat job title as heading; we can include location and employment type in a paragraph. Then sections:

We could also separate Skills but we have many skills already in Requirements; maybe we keep as is. Now Benefits:

Benefits

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career. These benefits include coverage related to medical, dental, vision, disability, and life; retirement savings; paid sick leave; paid vacation (or other personal time); paid parental leave; and paid time off for purposes of bereavement, voting, and/or attendance at naturalization proceedings.

Pay:

Pay

Expected salary: $24/hr. WSP USA provides the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Schedule: we already included schedule flexibility in Requirements; but we could also make a Schedule section with that sentence. However to avoid duplication, maybe we keep schedule flexibility in Requirements and not create separate Schedule section. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Schedule section. Now About WSP: we could have an About the company section, but not required headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. About WSP is not in list; but we could still include as a section? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely they want only those. However we could include About WSP as a paragraph without heading, or maybe under About the role? But we already have About the role short paragraph. The About WSP description is more about company; could be included as a paragraph after responsibilities maybe. But we should preserve all substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could add a

About WSP

but not in the list; but maybe acceptable. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add About WSP heading. Thus:

WSP provides a flexible and agile workplace model while meeting client needs. Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career. At WSP, we want to give our employees the challenges they seek to grow their careers and knowledge base. Your daily contributions to your team will be essential in meeting client objectives, goals and challenges.

We should avoid duplicating benefits description; we already have Benefits section. The second paragraph repeats benefits; we could keep only one benefits section and maybe not repeat. But we need to preserve all substantive info; the second paragraph is largely same as benefits; we could keep it but it's duplicate. To avoid duplication, we could keep only the Benefits section and omit the duplicate benefits paragraph in About WSP. However the About WSP paragraph also includes other info about flexible workplace model, challenges, etc. So we can keep that but remove the duplicate benefits sentence. Thus About WSP: first paragraph about company, second paragraph about flexible workplace model and growth challenges (without benefits). Let's craft:

WSP provides a flexible and agile workplace model while meeting client needs. At WSP, we want to give our employees the challenges they seek to grow their careers and knowledge base. Your daily contributions to your team will be essential in meeting client objectives, goals and challenges.

Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Notice To Third Party Agencies, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Oral and written communication" appears twice; we kept once. Now ensure we have not included any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's construct final HTML:
