About the Role

This is a year-round position, and we are looking for longer-term employees. This is not a summer job.

Responsibilities

• $18/hour while training and $20/hour once fully trained
• Family and Friends tuition discounts

• $50 towards a wetsuit
• You need to know how to swim. Ideally, you have an understanding of all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water
• You've got to love working with children and seeing them progress
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work. Having fun is mandatory!
• Be able to work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30am-2pm (Sun @ Lynnwood) or 10:30am-3:15am (Sat @Bothell)
• Be able to start weekdays at 3:30pm
• Reliable transportation to any of our area locations

Qualifications

• Current Lynnwood Location Hours:
• Tuesday 3:45pm-7pm, Thursday 3:45pm-7pm, Sunday 8:45am-1:15pm- Additional hours available at our Bothell location (Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sat), or our Northgate location (Mon, Sun).
