Part-time Adult Residential Support Professional in Oconomowoc, WI, responsible for supporting women in a trauma-informed recovery program.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring, administration, and documentation
• Support daily living skills, treatment goals, and promote independence
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, laundry, and transport residents to appointments
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
