About the role
ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Support Staff to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in their homes while supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill building activities for Recipients
- Working in Recipients' homes to provide one-on-one assistance
- Bringing Recipients into the community to support their personal growth
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Able to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
