About the Role

The Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment. This role consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to Altar’d State service standards.
• Acknowledge, interact with, and build relationships with guests to create guest loyalty.
• Consistently receive positive, unsolicited guest feedback.
• Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
• Treat others fairly, with respect, and value differences; avoid passing judgment on potential guests.
• Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model for fellow sales associates.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management with a guest focus.
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain store organization.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately, including handling cash and providing change without error.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices, report potential incidents, and protect Company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any potential hazards to leadership.
• Participate in and assist with store inventory preparation.
• Report to work as scheduled, record time accurately, and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
• Assist in constructing merchandising and window displays.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
• Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
• May occasionally climb ladders and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
