Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership (be a coach).
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements

• Good with people – able to support, assist, and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives of store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
