About the role
We’re seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations, drive performance, and enhance customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise store staff by assigning tasks and ensuring smooth operations
- Lead opening and closing procedures in the absence of management
- Assist customers, resolve issues, and promote a positive shopping experience
- Merchandise management such as pricing, stocking, and executing displays
Skills
- Strong communication, supervision, and analytical abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
- Computer proficiency and deductive reasoning
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include retail supervisory experience.
