We’re seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations, drive performance, and enhance customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store staff by assigning tasks and ensuring smooth operationsleading opening and closing procedures in the absence of managementassisting customers, resolving issues, and promoting a positive shopping experiencemerchandise management such as pricing, stocking, and executing displays Key skills required are strong communication, supervision, and analytical abilitiesflexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, overnights, and weekendscomputer proficiency and deductive reasoning Preferred qualifications include retail supervisory experience.
