We're looking for someone who loves weddings, fashion, and making a positive impact. If you're outgoing, creative, and passionate about community involvement, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences in a service-oriented environment
• Leverage your styling skills to complete head-to-toe looks for brides and their parties
• Achieve strong conversion and average order value (AOV) goals to support brand success
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and influencers to enhance our brand presence
• Support your team members with administrative and product merchandising tasks

Your (Mad) Skills

• Outgoing and skilled at adapting to various settings, from intimate to large crowds
• Strong critical thinking and flexibility to handle changes and new challenges
• Customer-centric mindset, always putting the bride and her guests first
• Passionate about community involvement and giving back

Your Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in an elevated service environment is a plus
