Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and build genuine connections with clients
• Work within a team-oriented culture to support fellow stylists and contribute to salon success
• Utilize salon technology such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App to streamline operations

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture

Pay

Our stylists consistently earn $20+ per hour, with opportunities to earn even more through commissions and bonuses. You'll enjoy the security of getting paid every Friday.
