Job Description And Position Requirements

The Student Activities Office has openings for a part-time, undergraduate Student Program Assistant for the University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC), designed to provide undergraduate students with hands-on learning experiences that will help them to develop valuable and transferable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attend the front desk in the UPAC office, monitor office phone line and provide information and support to students, advisors and others learning how to navigate the UPAC reimbursement process
  • Refer students, club advisors, and others to UPAC advisors when needed
  • Manage UPAC budget request submissions from student organizations on Org Central
  • Communicate with UPAC staff and students about status of various budget requests

Requirements

This is a 10-20 hour/week position.

Background Checks/Clearances

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
