Part Time - Campus Activities Board Assistant
General Purpose and Scope of Position
The Campus Activities Board (CAB) Assistant serves as a student leader with the campus’s programming efforts. Assist Office of Student Life with coordination and implementation of Campus Activities Board events and activities.
Major Responsibilities
- Represent the student body’s voice when selecting future events/activities.
- Aid with event logistics (setup, tear down, attendance tracking, assisting performers, etc.) at Campus Activities Board events/activities.
- Create fliers and other promotional materials for events/activities.
- Distribute event promotional materials on campus.
- Aid the Office of Student Life with post-event assessment through providing feedback, compiling survey data, etc.
- Attend CAB sponsored events and activities.
- Attend and actively participate in CAB/Student Life event planning meetings.
- Actively encourage students to participate and/or get involved on campus.
- Act as the Bee Mascot when needed.

- Dependable, responsible, and organized.
- Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.
- Ability to prioritize work and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivated to help students be successful.
- Respects confidentiality and handles sensitive data appropriately.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Pay
Hourly Rate: $15.00
Schedule
Approximately 8 hours per week.
