Part Time - Store Lead

Role Overview: This position leads daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring proper staffing, training, and adherence to company standards to meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory, including ordering, markdown procedures, and product freshness; oversee receiving, storage, and quality control of products; lead a team responsible for stocking, production, and quality assurance.Ensure product knowledge, promotional features, and store programs are effectively implemented; communicate and execute weekly plans and schedules using company tools.Support department management in staffing, training, performance, and goal development; participate in meetings and maintain a clean, organized department.Maintain compliance with food safety, safety, PPE, and cleaning standards; perform cycle counts and monitor shelf conditions.Assist in implementing strategies to meet company KPIs and support customer experience initiatives; perform additional tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; 0-2 years retail experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and decision-making skills essential. Knowledge of retail operations, management systems, and MS Office suite is required; bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in varied environments.
