Part Time - Store Lead

About the Role

This position leads daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring staff training, staffing levels, and adherence to company standards to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, validate received products, oversee stock and quality control, and ensure proper product rotation and cleanliness.
• Support scheduling, labor control, and payroll management.
• Maintain food safety, safety, and guest experience standards.
• Assist in developing department goals, forecasts, and executing the weekly Flight Plan.
• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform in varied temperatures.
• Must follow safety and food safety guidelines.
