Part Time Store Customer Service Specialist

About the role

This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer service at a retail store, assisting both wholesale and retail customers by identifying their needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing sales accurately, building trustful relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and mix products
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Support delivery operations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must pass a criminal history check for safety and security reasons (role may involve access to sensitive items)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of paint products (preferred)
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish (preferred)
