Part Time Store Customer Service Specialist

About the role

This part-time position involves working at a retail store, providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process sales accurately
• Build trust with customers
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves
• Set up displays
• Mix products
• Support store operations, including unloading trucks and making deliveries

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently

Qualifications

• Prior retail, delivery, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in paint or tinting is advantageous
• Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
