Part Time - Stocker

Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products to support store operations and financial performance, while ensuring a positive guest experience and adherence to safety and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise in the back room.Stock, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor.Notify management of product and supply needs.Maintain familiarity with products and their locations; handle spoiled or damaged items according to guidelines.Keep departments clean, attractive, and well-stocked, following safety, PPE, and food safety protocols.Follow guest experience standards and perform additional tasks across departments as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.Retail or related experience is advantageous.Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform movements like bending and twisting. The environment varies with typical retail conditions, including temperature changes and moderate noise.
