Key Responsibilities
- Aid in organizing the stock room and ensuring efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor.
- Support in processing shipments, transfers, damages, and supplies in a timely manner.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Work under the guidance of the Stock Supervisor to manage stock safely and securely.
- Contribute to merchandising and planning efforts as directed by management.
- Support store management in loss prevention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Engage in store opening and closing procedures as required.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Preferred 1 year of experience in retail stock management or a related field.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A commitment to adhering to company standards and procedures.
