About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and contributing to the development of innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development management.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, React).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
