Part Time - Stepdown Registered Nurse

Role: Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based nursing care for intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from ICU or med-surg units.Manage complex monitoring, titrate medications, and ensure safe patient care transitions.Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Educate patients and families about care plans and health needs.Support throughput by flexing across stepdown and overflow beds, ensuring safe handoffs. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with relevant experience in stepdown, ICU, or med-surg settings.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.Excellent communication and patient education skills.
