Role: Registered Nurse in the Med Stepdown unit, providing specialized care for medically complex, telemetry-level patients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status changes.Administer medications accurately and safely.Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage complex patient cases with attention to detail.
