Build. Inspire. Get Paid to Do It. Snapology of South Broward is looking for an energetic, kid-savvy instructor to lead hands-on STEM/STEAM programs for elementary-age students. If you love LEGO bricks, robotics, coding, and watching a kid's face light up when their build actually works, we want to meet you. No lecturing from a textbook here. Our classes are built around play-based learning: model building, simple robotics, coding challenges, and engineering projects that make science and math feel like game time. What You'll Do Lead fun, structured STEM/STEAM classes and camps for elementary-age kids (K-5) Follow Snapology's curriculum while keeping the energy high and every student engaged Manage a classroom of curious, high-energy kids with patience and confidence Set up and break down activity materials (LEGO kits, robotics, coding tablets, etc.) Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the Snapology team What You Bring Experience working with or teaching elementary-age children (classroom, camp, tutoring, coaching, or similar) A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (you'll be driving to different program sites) Enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to keep a room of kids excited and on-task Comfort with hands-on materials, LEGO bricks, simple robotics/coding tools (training provided, no engineering degree required!)
