Part-Time Staff - Technical Specialist [Wise County Campus]
Position Information

Position Summary Information
Position role is to support the technology of the institution at the Wise County campus with the installation and maintenance of computers, installation and maintenance of AV systems, and user support.
Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems.
- Customer service support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and deploy computers/AV classroom systems.
- Aid users in resolving computer and AV related problems by providing tier 1 support.
