Part-time Speech Therapist SLP

This posting is for a part‑time Speech Therapist SLP Care partner position, working day shift approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents.
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Interact effectively with elders and their families.
• Collaborate as a team player across multiple disciplines.
• Document care using electronic health record systems (experience with PointClickCare preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing, eligible to practice in Georgia.
• Two years of experience in a skilled nursing community preferred.
• Experience working in a person‑directed care environment preferred.
• Experience working with persons living with dementia preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously as an excellent team player.
• Compassionate and empathetic toward elders, especially those with communication difficulties.

Schedule

Day shift, approximately 20 hours per week (part‑time).
