Job Summary
SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Responsibilities
- Screens patients to identify speech and language needs
- Evaluates patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Re-evaluates patients periodically to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Discharges patients from care based on successful completion of treatment goals
- Makes revisions to established treatment plans as directed by the physician
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Tennessee
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing quality care to residents
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
