Part-time Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, OR, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This role will support our growing caseload, offers a flexible schedule - either part-time or PRN status.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Provide education and training to staff members regarding communication disorders.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with older adults preferred but not required.
