Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy sessions to patients with various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with individuals with communication disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
