About the Role

As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process, helping our patients to regain their communication skills and improve their overall quality of life. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide therapy sessions to patients in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Provide speech therapy sessions, including language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
