About the role

Speech-Language Pathologists at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based interventions to support communication skills across real-life environments—making therapy meaningful and impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Earned master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Hold current licensure in North Carolina (or be eligible)
  • Be ASHA-certified
  • Have 2+ years of experience (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
  • Speak and write fluently in English
  • Have bilingual skills (a plus)
  • Have feeding experience (a plus)

Requirements

  • Master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in North Carolina (or eligible)
  • ASHA-certified
