About the role

RN Special Procedures nurse providing specialized care in a full-service tertiary hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, endoscopy, and other invasive procedures.
• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications and moderate sedation as needed.
• Assist physicians during procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety.
• Document care and procedures accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring patient stability.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient and family education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development within a team‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in invasive procedures, medication administration, patient monitoring, and emergency response.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
