About the role

We are seeking a Social Services Director who is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to respond to the emotional needs of the residents and their families.
• Aid in resident admissions and the referral process.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred.
