Part-Time SLP

About the role

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to help residents improve communication, cognition, and safe swallowing so they can connect more fully with others. This onsite position is located in Doylestown, OH.

Responsibilities

• Completing speech/language, cognitive‑communication, and dysphagia evaluations
• Developing and updating plans of care and measurable goals
• Providing skilled therapy services and caregiver/staff education as appropriate
• Maintaining timely documentation and collaborating with the care team

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license (Ohio) and ASHA CCC‑SLP (or CFY eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication
• Experience in skilled nursing/senior care is preferred
