Part Time Sleep Expert- Sales

The part-time Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.

Responsibilities

• Execute MFRM selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience
• Create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center
• Follow Company procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory
• Absorb and communicate technical and product knowledge information to customers
• Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Assist in processing inventory counts
• Lift, pull and push up to 50+ pounds

Requirements

• Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactions
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
• Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
• Follow open and closing procedures
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
