Part-Time Sleep Expert

The part-time Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.

• Execute MFRM selling programs with the use of digital tools
• Create a seamless omnichannel experience
• Support a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center

Requirements

• Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactions
• Follow Company procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
• Absorb and execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all

Qualifications

• Follow open and closing procedures
• Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations
• Be effective in selling methods

Pay

• Competitive pay range of $35,000-$45,000 per year

• Work within the district based on business needs
