About the Role
This role involves assisting faculty in providing hands-on lab experiences for students, ensuring they achieve course objectives. Additional responsibilities may include acting as a liaison between faculty, students, and the Sonography Director, and completing necessary paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Assists faculty with lab protocols
- Provides hands-on scanning assistance to students
- Completes course paperwork as directed by the program
- Acts as a liaison between faculty, students, and the Sonography Director
- Reports on student progress
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of sonography or echocardiography
- ARDMS (ABD or OB) credential for general program
- ARDMS (RDCS-AE) or CCI (RCS) credential for echocardiography program
- CPR certification

- Associate’s degree in Sonography or Echocardiography

- Regular exposure to outdoor elements

- May include days or evenings with occasional weekends as assigned
- Works in a climate-controlled office and Sonography labs

Required Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Sonography or Echocardiography, ARDMs (ABD or OB) credential for general program, ARDMs (RDCS-AE) or CCI (RCS) credential for echocardiography program, and CPR certification. Salary is $29.68 per hour, and benefits are outlined in the marketing statement.
