Part Time Shuttle Driver

Requirements

• Active driver's license
• Ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections
• Ability to lift guest luggage (some or frequent lifting required)

Responsibilities

• Perform airport pick-ups and drop-offs for guests in a timely and friendly manner; inspect vehicles
• Explain all hotel facilities, their locations, hours of operation, and answer guest questions about facilities and other hotel inquiries
• Check luggage for hotel guests (day and overnight)
• Maintain designated lobby station, standing alert to be easily summoned
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the bell stand, lobby, and baggage room
• Keep lobby doors and windows clean when not busy with guests
• Maintain open communication across shifts through proper use of intershift log
• Deliver messages and valet items to guest rooms
• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage as needed
• May perform guest room valet duties as required
• Assist front desk with key inventory as needed
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
